step 2: type cmd in search box and hit enter to bring up command prompt (cmd)

step 3 :type the following command lines one by one and hit enter each time
  • diskpart
  • list disk
  • select disk +number
  • clean
  • create partition primary
  • format fs=ntfs
  • exit
check your pendrive drive
